Enjoy our self-produced Merscher bee honey, a natural product in best quality! The bees collect the nectar on the Mersch meadows and in the Mersch forests and visit a variety of plant species that ensure a balanced taste. Our bees use these to create a delicious and healthy natural sweetener.

Our honey is extracted by hand, gently processed and bottled to guarantee you the best possible quality. The summer honey 2022 is darker than the spring honey and milder in taste. It remains creamy and liquid for longer and is therefore easier to spread on bread.
